Refund policy

Alira is committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with
your purchase, here are the guidelines for Returns & Refunds.

1. Return Timeframe
• Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days from the date of delivery. (You may adjust this depending on your logistics.)

2. Eligibility Conditions
• Product must be unused, unopened, with original packaging, labels, and seal intact.
• Any free gifts or accessories included in the order must also be returned.
• Items showing signs of damage due to misuse or handling after delivery will not be eligible.

3. Defective or Damaged Goods
• If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images supporting the issue.
• We will replace the item or issue a refund if the replacement is unavailable.

4. Return Process
• Contact our Customer Support via email: info@knleo.com or via the Returns section of the website/app. Include order number, images (if required), and reason for return.
• Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item. Return shipping costs depend on the reason for return (Alira-fault or user-fault).
• Items must be shipped back in safe packaging to prevent damage in transit.

5. Refunds & Exchanges
• Once returned items are received and inspected, we process refunds or exchanges within 5–10 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be issued via bank transfer or store credit, depending on policy.
• If a product is substituted or exchanged, we ensure a similar product or credit is provided, subject to availability.

6. Non-Returnable & Excluded Products
• Skincare products that are opened, used, or without original packaging.
• Items damaged by the customer after delivery (improper storage, etc.).
• Promotional items, gifts, or free samples.

7. Refund Delay Exceptions
• Delays in refund processing may occur due to payment gateway processing times or banking delays.
• We will update you via email when the refund is initiated.
